America’s Best Healthcare Services, Inc. (ABHS) is a private home care provider agency licensed with the State of Georgia, Department of Human Resources. As such, ABHS understand the needs of its clients and their families and is proud to provide outstanding services to the elderly and physically challenged population.
ABHS was established on the principle that customer’s needs are of the utmost importance. We are dedicated to delivering optimal care to our clients by measuring their specific requests in order to tailor an adapted care plan. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from referrals.
Our registered nurses meet with the client and family member or representative to determine any special needs and establish a care plan. The assessment of the client’s need is an essential step toward the establishment of the best possible relationship between client, family and the care team.
In addition to a well-thought-out care plan, we only hire caregivers who are carefully selected. To meet our client’s personal needs, they are carefully selected, skills and personalities matched and client’s language and culture are considered.
Our screening process includes proper licensure and/or certification, criminal background/abuse records check, state of health and character references.
